Skinner Finally the Winner.

logo_campingMike Skinner was declared the winner of Monday’s rain-delayed NASCAR Camping World Truck Series O’Reilly 250 at Kansas Speedway when wet weather moved into the area again forcing officials to finally pull the plug on the event.
Skinner was ahead when more rain moved over the speedway and the race was finally cut short 35 laps of its scheduled 167 circuits.
It was the first win for Skinner and the 26th of his truck series career.
“There are just so many people that contribute to this thing at Randy Moss Motorsports,” said Skinner of the victory. “We got us one. It’s just really, really cool.”
“Today, I thought we had about a fifth-place truck. The weather came into play. Whatever it did to the race track — it freed our truck up a little bit and that Tundra was humming.”
Johnny Benson, Brian Scott, Ron Hornaday and and Brian Ickler rounded out the top five.
“Our truck wasn’t very good when we unloaded,” said Benson. “We just kept making changes, and the guys have been working real hard.”
Colin Brain, Matt Crafton, Chad McCumbee, Johnny Sauter and Jason White completed the top ten finishers.
